| Greek Description | H χρονολογική πρόσβαση στη νομολογία παρέχει τη δυνατότητα ανευρέσεως στοιχείων για καθεμία από τις υποθέσεις που έχουν εισαχθεί ενώπιον του Δικαστηρίου, του Πρωτοδικείου ή του Δικαστηρίου Δημόσιας Διοίκησης από το 1953 έως σήμερα. Οι υποθέσεις παρουσιάζονται με χρονολογική σειρά, ανάλογα με το πότε κατατέθηκαν στην αντίστοιχη γραμματεία. Κάθε αριθμός υποθέσεως περιλαμβάνει σχετικό υπερσύνδεσμο. -Για τις εισαχθείσες μέχρι το 1997 υποθέσεις ο υπερσύνδεσμος αυτός οδηγεί στη διοργανική βάση δεδομένων EUR-Lex και παρέχει τη δυνατότητα εμφανίσεως του κειμένου των αποφάσεων και των διατάξεων που έχουν δημοσιευθεί στη Συλλογή της Νομολογίας. -Για τις εισαχθείσες από το 1998 υποθέσεις ο υπερσύνδεσμος οδηγεί σε όλα τα σχετικά με την οικεία υπόθεση κείμενα τα οποία βρίσκονται στη βάση δεδομένων της νομολογίας του παρόντος δικτυακού τόπου. |
